Use of this website, or the purchase or use of Evowii services, is subject to these terms and to any applicable signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

If a signed client agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls for that client.

Evowii provides services such as:

• automation consulting
• AI agents
• voice systems
• messaging systems
• integrations
• workflow automation
• custom AI systems
• related implementation and support work

The specific scope of any engagement is determined through a proposal or agreement.

Clients are responsible for:

• providing lawful access to systems they ask Evowii to integrate;
• ensuring they have authority to provide relevant data;
• maintaining necessary third-party accounts;
• reviewing important automated decisions where appropriate;
• using the systems lawfully;
• providing accurate business rules and instructions.

Projects may rely on independent third-party platforms such as:

• n8n
• Meta / WhatsApp
• OpenAI
• Twilio
• Google
• Microsoft
• CRMs, databases, hosting providers, and other APIs

Third-party availability, pricing, functionality, policies, and outages are outside Stack Systems' direct control. Referring to these platforms does not imply any official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. Clients should apply appropriate human review for consequential or sensitive decisions. Evowii does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be error-free.

Project fees, subscriptions, usage charges, maintenance fees, and third-party costs are described in the relevant proposal or agreement. Invoicing and payment terms are set out in that agreement.

Clients retain their rights to the information they provide. Evowii may process client data to the extent needed to design, build, operate, support, and troubleshoot the agreed services, and in line with the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. Both parties should use such information only for the purposes of the engagement and protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is legally required.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Evowii retains rights to its own pre-existing methods, tooling, and reusable components unless an agreement states otherwise. Website content and branding remain the property of Evowii.

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access to systems or data, unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law or platform rules, or activity that infringes the rights of others.

Automation systems may depend on third-party APIs and services. Because those services are outside our control, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Any specific support or monitoring commitments are defined in a project agreement.

Evowii provides its services with reasonable skill and care. Except where stated in a signed agreement, services and website content are provided without further warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Any financial caps on liability are those set out in the applicable client agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Service-specific termination rights, notice periods, and wind-down arrangements are defined in project agreements. Access to this website may be discontinued or changed at any time.
