User Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information processed by Evowii in connection with its website, services, Meta developer applications, WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, or client automation workflows.
Primary method: send an email to [PRIVACY_EMAIL] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include only the information needed to locate your data, such as:
- your name;
- the email address or phone number used;
- the business you interacted with;
- the approximate date of the interaction;
- a short description of your request.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information that is not needed to locate your data.

Client-Controlled Data
If you interacted with another business through a system built or operated by Stack Systems, that business may be the primary controller or owner of the relevant business records. In those situations you may need to contact that business directly.
Evowii will assist with data processed within systems under its control where appropriate and consistent with applicable obligations.
What Happens Next
- Evowii may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
- We locate applicable data under our control.
- Applicable information is deleted or anonymized where required.
- Relevant service providers may be instructed to delete information where appropriate.
- Some information may need to be retained when required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
Deletion requests do not require payment. Evowii will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Meta / WhatsApp
If your request relates to information processed through a Evowii Meta developer application or WhatsApp Business Platform integration, please identify this in your deletion request so the relevant workflow can be located.
Evowii will never ask you for your Facebook, Meta, or WhatsApp password, and you do not need to log into any of those services to submit a request.
