Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Evowii may collect, use, process, disclose, store, and protect information in connection with its website, business inquiries, services, and the automation systems it builds or operates.
It applies both to visitors and prospective clients using this website, and to personal information that may be processed through automation systems Evowii builds or operates on behalf of clients. Evowii does not claim any regulatory certification or accreditation in this policy.
2. Our Role
In many client automation projects:
- the Evowii client determines why customer or business information is being processed;
- Evowii may process that information on the client's behalf in order to operate the automation;
- third-party platforms connected to the workflow may also process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
If you interacted with a business through a system built or operated by Evowii, that business may hold and control the relevant records. In those cases you may need to contact that business directly regarding information it controls.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Evowii, this may include:
- contact and business details you submit through the website contact form, such as name, work email, company, phone number, and the description of what you want to automate;
- correspondence you send to us by email or messaging;
- limited technical information generated when you visit the website, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages viewed;
- information provided during a consultation, project scoping, or ongoing support.
4. Information Processed Through Automations
Depending on the specific workflow, Evowii may process information on behalf of a client through APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, AI providers, messaging platforms, voice platforms, databases, and other connected services.
Depending on the system, that information may include:
- names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details;
- message, chat, or call content and related transcripts or summaries;
- appointment, scheduling, and availability information;
- form submissions, documents, and attachments;
- CRM records, order or payment references, and other operational data;
- metadata such as timestamps, channel, and workflow status.
The categories of information actually processed vary by project and are determined by the client and the design of the workflow.
5. How Information Is Used
- to respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- to scope, design, build, test, operate, and support automation systems;
- to communicate about projects, support requests, and service matters;
- to maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of systems we operate;
- to meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
6. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, Evowii relies on the performance of a contract, legitimate business interests in operating and improving its services, consent where consent is required, and compliance with legal obligations. Where Evowii processes information on behalf of a client, the client is generally responsible for establishing the appropriate legal basis.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, client relationship, operational requirement, security need, or legal obligation.
For client-controlled information, retention may also be determined by the relevant client's instructions or systems. Because retention depends on the workflow and the client, Evowii does not state a single universal retention period.
10. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
You may request deletion of personal information Evowii controls or processes, where applicable. Full instructions are available on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
Privacy requests can be sent to [PRIVACY_EMAIL].
If the information is controlled primarily by a Evowii client, we may direct you to that business or coordinate with the client as appropriate.
Submitting a request does not require you to log into Facebook, Meta, or any other platform account.
DEV NOTE — replace [PRIVACY_EMAIL] in src/config/site.ts before publishing.
11. Data Security
Evowii uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the systems it operates. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Stack Systems does not claim certifications it does not hold.
12. Children
Evowii' business services are not directed toward children, and this website is intended for business and professional use.
13. Third-Party Services
Automation systems commonly rely on independent third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and practices, which govern how they handle information they process.
14. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will be changed when material updates are made.
